CREATIVE LIVE WIRES

Art for the Beauty of your Spaces
Creative Live Wires are made with sparkling glass, acrylic, and metal beads, grounding wood and stone beads, Swarovski crystal beads and genuine gemstones on delicate wires of gossamer threads, grounding hemp, or strong and shimmering wire.
There is also a children’s series made with adorable plastic beads. Perfect for birthday party fun bag giveaways!
All Creative Live Wires are made by me with love and charged with reiki energy by me. They conduct beauty and authenticity anywhere you hang them. They are beautiful, dynamic, and special.
Just like you.
Wrap the ends around the latch of a window or the pins of a bulletin board, or tuck the ends between books on a shelf. You can even tape the ends over the top of a mirror to reflect and refract extra beauty every time you look in the mirror.
Hang them anywhere you want an electric charge of creativity.

AYURVEDA
Ancient Healing for a Contemporary World
As a student of Ayurveda and a Board Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, it is my intention to bring you the simple solutions of Ayurveda in easily digestible :):) articles that help you balance your life and create lifestyle practices that will grow actual health and balance in your life. There are no fads here. No quick fixes. But there is magic. There is attunement and there is truth.
YOGA
I practice yoga the way I live my life.
I believe we need gentle forward movement – even in our most passionate ventures – to achieve our goals. Everything I do is infused with this ethic to the best of my abilities.
REIKI
Reiki is the Japanese healing art of using universal life energy to heal the body, mind, and soul. It is a gentle, non-invasive, and non-manipulative form of healing and restoration. Reiki practice is balancing to the individual and thus supports self-healing. I infuse all my writing and artistic creations with Reiki to support healing for anyone who receives them.
Reiki is the perfect complement to Ayurveda, yoga, and art of all kinds.
The Ki in Reiki is the life force energy also known as chi or prana. Reiki supports the balancing that is inherent in all Ayurvedic goals and enhances the body’s ability to do what it’s designed to do – heal itself – by delivering calm, restorative energy to the whole person, instead of just masking a symptom. Encouraging Ki (chi, prana) to move is a key component to the body’s ability to heal itself. Receiving art infused with Reiki is an gentle gift of prana as well.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are you a doctor?
No, I am not a doctor. I am a board certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor and as such, the information I share on this website will work with diet, lifestyle, and herbs, and offers you support for your physical, mental, and emotional health. If you’re on this site, your doctor may have told you to eat better and get some exercise. That may be all the guidance you’ve received. As an AHC, I can share information on eating better and exercise recommendations, and the all-important question of how to make yourself do all the right things for your health.
I am also a Reiki Practitioner. I will share information that will help your body learn to relax into its own natural healing.
Does Ayurveda cure disease?
Yes and no. Ayurvedic Health Counselors and Reiki Practitioners do not treat disease. This work focuses on supporting you in all your health goals through diet and lifestyle changes that will enhance your ability to concentrate on the disease healing you are doing with your health care practitioner.
There isn’t any disease that wouldn’t benefit from better eating and more balanced living. This is not a one-size fits all. Every person needs a different approach. That approach will change depending on your time of life, your current health, the season. Balanced living needs to be on our daily to do list.
Is Ayurveda a Religion?
When Ayurvedic healing principles were first written down 2,500 years ago, the definition of a healthy person included all aspects of the person. This is the same definition we work with today: “One who is established in the Self, with balanced doshas (our essential nature), balanced digestive fire, properly formed tissues, proper elimination of waste products, well-functioning bodily processes, and whose mind, soul, and senses are filled with bliss is called a healthy person.”
Do you do personal consultations?
I am not currently accepting new clients for Ayurveda, Yoga or Reiki.
